DC Casineros and Dance Place host monthly Cuban Dance Socials in the Brookland neighborhood in Washington, DC. Join us for our upcoming socials: February 24 (DP), April 21 (DP), June 16, 2017 (E).
February: DC Casineros Cuban Dance Social
Featuring DJs AC (Portsmouth, VA) and Timba Titan (Baltimore, MD)
on Friday, February 24, 8pm-12:00am
at the DANCE PLACE THEATER

DC Casineros is hosting our monthly dance social in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC. Come party with DC Casineros community company dancers and take a Beginner Casino dance class at 8pm. You don’t want to miss the DC Casineros monthly Cuban Dance Social!
In the beautiful Dance Place Theater, we will dance the night away to sounds of Son, Songo, Timba, Guaguancó, Salsa, Cha Cha Chá, Guaracha, Rumba, and other Cuban music…Beer, Wine and Appetizers will be sold at the counter (only when at Dance Place)!
The program will be:
- 8:00-8:45pm, All levels Cuban popular Dance class
- 8:45pm-12:00am, Open dancing to a variety of Cuban dance music
- 11:00pm, *Performances TBA, incl. Las Guerreras*
Cost $12 general / $10 for students/seniors
